Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling disappointed with your experience at our community. As the community manager for the past year and a half, I want to take a moment to clarify some of the points you’ve raised.... Over the past year and a half, we’ve made several improvements to the property, including renovations to apartment homes, the computer room, conference room, gym, and resident lounge. Additionally, we’ve replastered the pool, replaced grills, repaired gates, painted the entire ground floor level, power-washed the grounds, painted all fences and patios, and added courtesy patrol five days a week. We’ve also hosted monthly resident events to show appreciation for our residents. Regarding evictions, we always work with residents on their accounts and follow the proper guidelines, abiding by the signed lease agreements. We make every effort to communicate and ensure that issues are addressed before reaching that stage. We genuinely value your residency and want to continue working to improve the community.
