Excellent apartment community!!

This is a fabulous apartment community!! I moved to this area for work and was very unfamiliar with the area. I spent months searching communities and reading reviews. I stopped in one afternoon and met with Matt who was kind and attentive and caring to my needs and situation. He listened and gave a great tour of the community. I have now lived here for almost 2 months and it is everything you could want! I highly recommend this community! Great area!

Learn how to repair things yourself

expect to pay extra money over your deposit when you move out. Normal contractors would be out their mind to charge what san marino charges for a $40 dollar trip to lowes, an hour of labor, and a half an hour lesson on youtube. I don't know what your contractors quote you, San Marino, but I hope you get the discounted rate for repairs with tenants in the unit. I hope what you're charging for repairs on move out is you just ripping people off, because then it's only the renter who's the sucker… and not you too.

Look elsewhere

Screening to get in use to be strict. Now its party central. No rules. Sex in pool and hot tub. Wild parties. Just disgusting!!
