Mold, Roaches, and Water Shut Offs

At first, I didn’t think it was so bad. I didn’t have too many issues. However, it only gets worse the longer you stay. At first it is just your average cheap apartment, not too bad but not luxury. But then we discovered the black mold, got invested with roaches and there are rats all over the parking lot and first floor.
They don’t actually fix anything, they fix it to the bare minimum and then it all breaks again and the mold comes back after the paint over it. They hire the cheapest, no name… , contractors for any kind of major work. The water is shut off multiple times a month for “repairs”. The AC goes out multiple times a month. The laundry machines never work and the dryers catch on fire. They will tow your car in a heart beat if you forget to register your plate in the parking app. They take multiple days to respond to maintenance requests. The only thing remotely good about this place is the pool, the pool is pretty decent.

Nightmare

If you like bugs, this is the place. Not a place to live if you want peace and quiet.

To help address pest-related concerns, we offer professional pest control services every Friday. Residents experiencing any pest activity are encouraged to contact our management office so we can add their apartment to the upcoming service schedule and ensure the concern is properly addressed. We also take noise concerns seriously and encourage residents to report ongoing disturbances to our office so that we can address them in accordance with our community policies. We appreciate all resident feedback, as it gives us an opportunity to address concerns and continue improving the living experience at The Sapphire Resort.

Nice Apartment and Nice people

These apartments, are nothing short but great. For the time I lived here I enjoyed my stay, which was only made better by Shantia. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure to answer any question I had.

SOS!!

I would not move here lots of mold, rats, roaches are taking over and etc. They do bare to fix what needs to be fix. So I would keep looking because they will lie.

Worst Apartments Ever

Mold, mildew, bugs, rats, trash/rubbish all over the place, and a grossly incompetent staff.

I can't recommend it enough to avoid this place like the plague it is.

Every other resident I spoke with also had mold or bug problems.
