The new management team has been amazing. Patsy and Felix are so on top of things. Felix, and Patsy took time to meet me, and listen to my concerns. Things that needed to be fixed got fixed and done properly. I have been here on this property for about 4 years and they are by far the best management team that has come here. I appreciate everything they have done.

This place could not have management and we couldn’t noticed. Completely useless, we made different claims of a hole in the bathroom and 8 months later still have not send anyone. The first apartment we moved had so many roaches that we had to change to another. They never took serious care of the roach infestation. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Most of the parking spaces are “Reserved” by a few and there are not enough “free” spaces. I’m counting my days my contract is over to finally leave this place.
