Great place to live
Lived here for 8 years, one bedroom then 2 bedroom until I moved to my own house. Stopped by the other and was impressed that the apartment complex was still well maintained . Landscaping, clean environment, no litters etc. Mona is still the manager 8 years after I left and that explains why the standard is still as high as it is.

Great place to stay
Nice and quiet complex in a very convenient location. I was provided a unit in excellent conditions, no different whatsoever from the one that they showed me at the application day. Flooring, appliances, lights, everything was in perfect conditions. Staff and management are friendly, professional and problem solving oriented.

Very corrupt management
This apartment complex is a joke. They connive with tow truck company to have residents cars towed for no reason due to their vested interest.among other things. They offer $50 to residents to give good reviews. These people have so many hidden charges that at the end of the day, you are paying way too much. I lived for only 6 months and I'm so glad I moved out. The Staff is horrible. From the manager, to assistant manager, to the Vice president. All very rude and unprofessional. They never gave... a solution to simple problems , rather , they look for ways to suck money out of you.
Do not move in here. Very dishonest .

Fun avenue
its always events for residents. management is efficient. very friendly. environment is always very clean. no loud noise. music stops at the gate. nice neighbors. drug free. controlled access. security on the weekends because of parking for the club across the street. they use to try to park in the front parking which is the rental office. access number changes every 3 months. nice gyms. laundry always clean. they deliberately go for resident's satisfaction. private parking spaces. u don't... struggle to part if u come home late. nice land scape. its not a very big complex but always very clean.
