Very Disappointing Experience

I lived at Nottingham for around 2 years, and overall, it was a frustrating experience. The place is very noisy—some residents fix their cars inside the complex, play music loudly, or even wash their cars in the parking areas, which is very disruptive. Smoke from neighbors often gets into your apartment, creating an unpleasant smell, and when I asked management for a solution, they said there was nothing they could do. The property maintenance is poor—most of time pole look bad and closed. Only… one gare for is functional. If you live at the far end of the complex, you have to drive all the way around because the other two gates are not working, which is inconvenient and unsafe. On top of that, the move-out process is unfair—they deduct unreasonable charges, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Exelente condominio , tiene precios adaptados para todo tipo de público , muy buena ubicación. Y las chicas de la recepción son muy atentas y agradables en especial la señorita Lina. Les recomiendo mucho este condominio

THIS PLACE SUCKS. and MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE

We have gone 4 months with low water pressure and no hot water. The laundry facilities never work. I’ve waited a month before being able to wash clothes. But you get what you pay for. If you want cold water, water pressure that can’t clean you, maintenance that never comes, painted over water leaks, the ability to never wash your clothes, and management that complains without fixing anything. This is the place to be. It’s cheap. But, not worth even this price.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We went MONTHS with no hot water MONTHSSSSS & they are to cheap to replace the actual boilers just getting then repaired (obviously not working) . Maintenance was meh pretty slow on fixing things any problem u had would be fixed maybe within that week if lucky & managers never lasted in 1 year went through like 3 of them smh & tiny new gym was never open. ... only nice thing about these apt was the area... definitely wish they fixed their problems because the apt itself I loved but worst… experience ever. Especially if you have kids u can't survive with not hot water like how are u going to do dishes take baths/shower smh jst horrible that such a cute place is going to waste.
