It’s quiet. The staff is very professional. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The property is always clean and kept up. The office offers many events for tenants to participate in.

It could be way better. The workout room is only open during office hours.The gates stay open all night and all day. The park is not clean. The people that live here are nasty with the dumpster. Not carful, nor caring, nor clean at all. Making it a nest for roaches and rats. Insect problem like crazy.
