The Worthington at the Beltway

For an extended period, I have repeatedly contacted the office staff about transferring units. Unfortunately, each time I inquire, I am met with a different excuse, delay, or reason why the transfer cannot move forward. Rather than receiving clear information or assistance, I feel that my concerns are being avoided and my requests are not being handled fairly or professionally.

The lack of communication and consistency from the office staff has been frustrating and has made it extremely... difficult to understand the actual status of my transfer request. As a resident, I expect honest communication, timely responses, and equal treatment when seeking assistance with housing matters.

I respectfully request a written explanation regarding the status of my transfer request, any specific requirements that remain outstanding, and a realistic timeline for resolution. New management and new staff improvements are in the making and Ms Sandra and Tori are trying their best Talia and victor are sweet and helpful victor and the rest of maintenance are great. They are working hard on making a lot of changes for better.

From the moment I moved in, the customer service has been exceptional. The leasing team made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with high-end appliances. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the entire building is always spotless. The sense of community here is great, and I’m so happy with my decision to move in!!! Talia was my leasing agent, i definately recommend her!! She was awesome :)

This is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are amazing (I practically live in the pool during the summer!) and the apartments themselves are stunning. The management team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents genuinely thankful for Talia guiding me through the application process. I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious, with tons of natural light, and the layout is perfect. The complex is very quiet, and I always feel safe walking around. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. They’ve really thought of everything—from the beautiful landscaping to the excellent amenities.
