two months without swimming pool due to lack of chemical

Hello I want to take few second to let you know that I love this place. Specially when something goes wrong in your appt. and is fixed promptly. The outside property is very clean. The security is very welcoming. But Mrs. Anna and Linda are very professional. My children are very happy here!!!!

once you see the publicity you fall in love with what is it supposed to be yet when you arrive you see it is all a lie. When you drive up to the gate it is open which no security. Then the leasing office costumer service is horrible the ladies at the leasing office speak to the customers with food in their mouth and lack of respect. I've never lived in a worse place. The lack of communication is outstanding. And if you can't navigate their confusing rules (which change constantly), watch out they will tow your car! They have the worst customer service. The security is a joke, the guards at the gate barely look at you and visitors just have to say a number to be let in with no oversight. And sometimes they just leave the gate wide open when they can't fill a shift. Also, I hope you speak Spanish because no one speaks English… I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up.
