Elevator is constantly broken
Overall, l like my apartment unit. It has good natural lighting, spacious for a two bedroom (the second bedroom is questionable though), in a good location for a decent price. Getting a response from the leasing office or manager is a tedious task. They only respond after you send multiple emails. The elevator is constantly broken. It was broken for almost the entire month of August. If you have any mobility issues, use a wheel chair, or simply want a place with a consistently working elevator,... do not live here.

Make careful consideration
I moved out of this building about a month ago. Aside from the elevator never working and the hallways being messy, this place offered a good location at a great price. Things really took a turn for the worse when I attempted to renew my lease. The property manager, who is unprofessional and a liar, haggled with me for almost 2 months, all because I wanted the storm damage in my apartment to be noted on my new lease. It appears that the property is suffering because of financial issues. Could be... why all of the problems at move out. I’m thankful I was able to leave. Best part: at move in, was promised a parking spot. The property manager gave me one for 2 weeks and then took it back. At move out, when I returned the garage gate opener, property manager asked, why do it have a gate opener? I was promised a parking spot!
