Great experience living at Whitney at the heights, big dog park, nice pool, and close to all freeways. Parking can be an issue if you have two cars. There are garages to rent as well.

I've been a resident for almost a month now and I've been loving my time living at Whitney at the Heights. The community is very quiet and in close proximity to the hospital and police station.

I love it here and the office is always helpful if I need anything. The people who live here are all friendly and I never have any problems with noise. The parking situation for guests is really simple and there’s always spaces available.

Overall I enjoy living here. I have had a recent increase in pest problems, especially wasps surrounding the patio area and even coming into the apartment. The pool area has been closed more recently which is a bummer due to Texas summer approaching.

The grounds continue to stay green, but there is little care to keep them watered or thriving. Dead shrubs stay dead. Burnt out patches stay barren. The work crews are regular, as they cut and blow things; but that is all that we see. (And they blow debris on our porch, but do not clear debris from the covered walkway by our front door.) The drainpipe near out apartment that collapsed last year was never replaced. The repair staff is prompt and helpful, as are the folks at the office. The... website is hard to navigate. The recent email on Memorial Day trash pickup had a PDF that was impossible to open, but the attempt at communication was welcome. We are comfortable but a little worried that things are not being tended to.
