Great Place to call home

I've lived here for over 10 years in 2 difference apartments and I love it. The staff is caring and really goes above and beyond to accommodate the resident. The maintenance staff is wonderful. If I do have an issue its handles with in a day or so. I love living here a great place to call home!!

Great Management, Amazing Property, Amazing Community

I came to Willow Run to have a fresh start with my wife, and was welcomed with open arms by this community from the repairmen, the Manager, to the individual tenants. Its very tight knit and we all seem to help each other out if someone needs it! The property is beautiful, grass is well kept, pool is gorgeous and well kept (and is a beautiful sight at night!). Its a gated community and I feel safe here. We are close to all of the stores/malls, and two major freeways and it had everything we were… looking for. When we started looking for an apartment/townhome this was the first one recommended, and it was the perfect one. No need to search for another! They're accommodating and their repairmen are quite possibly the quickest I've dealt with period! Nothing but good things to say about Willow Run. No Bugs, No Trouble, an amazing staff, and I would personally recommend this as your next community!

Don’t move here

I don’t live at this property but I stay at there other location Park at Woodlands Trails. I have been with out ac for almost three weeks now. There is no communication from the manager or anyone in the office. I send emails no reply. I call no answer they just completely ignore me and the fact I have no air. I work from home they sending maintenance that’s here all day with no solution and I’m missing work and pay. Ask to be let out of lease. No response. Basically is like they just saying… forget me and forget how hot it is.
