The Rosemary Apartments

if I have anything to say it's that this community keeps our neighborhood very clean. They do yearly power washing for all the buildings as well as power washing inside the hallways and entryways. They also put out fresh mulch this year. This was something I found very important because not every property will take those extra steps for upkeep and appearance.

These are such beautiful apartments! My husband and I fell in love with them. We lived close to the playground where our kids can play. Management was amazing, and we never had that many issues.
One of the issues we had and it’s pretty nasty was the poop that dog owners would not pick up. Near the playground there are renters that let their dogs out to poop and pee on the balcony. There is a horrible smell, and you can smell it from the playground. You can also see the pee going down since the... apartments are white. Me and my boyfriend fell in love with these apartments HOWEVER I was very sadden to find out we were declined for “Employment Verification” when asked how could that be possible, we were told that’s all they could tell us. No explanation or reason AT ALL! As a young couple we work hard for our coins. We submitted bank statements along with paystubs to verify our income and still wasn’t given an accurate reason as to why we were declined! Everything checked out for us! I wish I could give more than five stars. My maintenance request was completed within twenty four hours. The entire maintenance team for this property are amazing. The maintenance technician not only fixed my slow draining sink, in the master bedroom but checked all the sinks while he was there. The whole maintenance team works diligently every days maintaining the property. In addition Judy from management and her team are amazing and always addresses your concerns immediately. The apartment is absolutely lovely and very well made. The grounds are beautiful and always tidy. The coolest mailroom I've ever seen. It is nice and quiet. All of the staff are so nice. Thank you.
