Exceptional Living Experience at Encore at Sam Houston

Living at Encore at Sam Houston has been an outstanding experience from day one. The staff is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently and the community is always kept clean and well-maintained.

The amenities are a great added value and the environment is both comfortable and welcoming. I also appreciate how well the property is managed overall. It truly… feels like they prioritize resident satisfaction. The location is convenient for students and professionals alike and everything is designed to make living here easy and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Encore at Sam Houston to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run, and friendly community to call home!

Great apartment!

I love living at this apartment because they have great amenities and they always keep everything so nice and clean. I love inviting my friends over because of how nice everything is. I love living here and I highly recommend anybody to get an apartment here if they’re planning on moving to Huntsville.

Encore

Friendly staff, all of the amenities are great, close to campus, they have an electricity concession, they have a shuttle and bedrooms and bathrooms have a lot of space. Take a tour and check it out yourself.

People interested in Encore,

I’ll be realistic I have dealt with six different apartment/rental properties over the years (prior military had to move a lot) and all I can say is if you are looking for a 4-bedroom apartment, then this is the place for you. The rooms are nice and furnished AND the common areas are honestly some of the largest in town. If you or your family/friends are interested in getting a 4-bedroom place I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Let me tell you why.
The staff and management.

I don’t know if you… ever had to experience a stressful or incompetent management before at a property but it is honestly a nightmare… regardless of how nice the place is. This apartment complex has great 4-bedroom units and the staff works with you. They send you reminders, they work with you on issues, they get to know you, etc.… I mean honestly, I have had some terrible property managers/staff and I honestly fear moving from one apartment to the next because of it. But with Encore I am going to be sad the day I have to move away from this stress-free staff.

I’ll be real I’ve read comments about people complaining about the maintenance. I don’t know what they are talking about. I had my AC go out at like 10:30pm and like a guy showed up in the middle of the night and fixed it. I slept peacefully. I honestly felt bad for the guy (yes, I know it is his job to fix things) but honestly… 1030 at night to come and help me I really appreciate it maintenance.

If you are looking for somewhere to live with some roommates, this is the place for you. I’ve been to plenty of other properties around Huntsville and have dealt with 2 other properties and this is among the best 4-bedroom units in town and if you live here the property staff won’t make you want to pull your hair out.
