Paper Moon Apartments

I normally don't leave reviews, but while apartment hunting for the 2026–2027 school year, I noticed that some of the reviews for University Club were pretty negative. After looking closer, I realized most of those reviews were several years old, so I wanted to share my recent experience.

The staff has been amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone I've spoken with has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel... comfortable about my housing decision.

The apartments are also very affordably priced, especially considering how close they are to campus. It's clear that management is investing back into the community as well—they are currently renovating two of the pools, which shows they're working to improve the property and resident experience.

The apartments are nice and good price. It's hard to find housing this close to campus right now. If you're looking for an affordable place to live with a welcoming team, I would definitely recommend.

The apartments are nice, well-maintained, and reasonably priced compared to others in the area. One of the best things about living here is the front office staff—they are always so helpful, friendly, and kind. They make the leasing process and any questions or concerns easy to handle and they genuinely care about the residents.

Dryers don’t dry, you typically got to run your items through maybe 2-3 times or if you’re really unlucky it just WON’T even after 5. Basically sinking money into the things for nothing, complained once about it but never got a reply back.

The price isn't good for the lack of space in the apartment or for the way parking is. When the weather gets colder, roaches move in, and they didnt do pest control in the year I was there.
Yes, it's close to campus, but the front door is slanted so bugs can easily crawl in, the closet doors don't shut, there's dog poop EVERYWHERE and you can hear everything from your neighbors wall.
