The staff has been amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone I've spoken with has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my housing decision.

This is the WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE!. I moved here from VA straight into the apartment.. I should’ve known it was CRAP before moving here because all the staff was not on the same page.. EVERYONE told me something different.. No one couldn’t find the paper work I filled out and it was just a hot mess!. Before moving in I was told I was getting an upgrade unit however, Upon moving in, it seemed as if the previous tenants just moved out like an hour ago before I moved in.. I still moved in,… cleaned the apartment since I’m fresh to Texas and this is the only place that I know of and had already spent my money with them!. I put in MANY work tickets to have the AC fixed and the maintenance man wouldn’t come out but the tickets get closed! The ceiling in the bathroom always leaked which was gross. I would have to call in order for him to come out and when he did he told me to buy batteries and change them myself.. which I did but the pipes were exposed and would freeze up! There is MOLD everywhere especially in the bathroom, when maintenance came out he would just spray the ceiling and walls and by end of night you see the mold coming right back! It seems as if they painted about a million coats of paint on the walls to the point it started to strip. The staff would just enter the apartment without notice and leave the door unlocked when they leave like the complex was the safest place to reside!. I gave 30 days notice and asked for a walk through in which I was told it wasn’t necessary to do! I cleaned the whole apartment better than how it was when I moved in and now Im getting a bill for $12k!!! And cleaning fees are associated which is a LIE!!! THE COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN HORRIBLE SINCE DAY ONE!! I called to speak to Tiffany Houston since her name was on the document and was told she was at lunch.. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK JUST A TEXT which states “Hello, unfortunately since you are a previous resident we cannot discuss anything to do with your account. For any disputes, you will need to contact our office at collections@dtiproperties.net”! Should’ve known!!!!
Pictures of molded ceiling which was only sprayed and stunk throughout the apt as well as molded bathroom under the sink, and door, inside the kitchen pantry and vents! I got nothing but attitude from these staffs.! Read More

In the 10 months living at these apartments I had multiple issues with maintenances and front office people. First, when I moved in the whole apartment was a MESS nothing was cleaned, stained carpet, toilet was disgusting, shower tub was super dirty along with a string of other things. Second, the sink leaked, the shower leaked, toilet out right stopped flushing and took MONTHS to fix and the floors were uneven. Third, outrages move out fees we’re giving to me and it cited that the apartment was… not cleaned up to their standard even though the apartment was unclean the day of my move in. So many issues so just do your best to stay away from this place and find literally anything else. Read More

We moved in two week ago, and It was shock for me and my roommate. When we walked in there were cigarette butts, broken glass pieces, burned matches and some food pieces on the carpet. The managment told us one day before, we are cleaning for you but no. I am pretty sure they did not use vacuum cleaner in our apartment. They did not say sorry about it. Please do not do yourself and stay another apartment not here.
