Very happy resident!

Great staff, great management, maintenance is on top of it. This place is really coming up and the ladies in the office make sure you are taken care of. Great for students, TDCJ, and families. A nice feels like home vibe.

DO NOT RENT HERE

Numerous issues including but not limited to AC/Heating issues, 90% of the washers/dryers not working in the laundry room, constant drug dealing and shady characters around.

Also as of yesterday the power has been off for OVER 24 HOURS. Had to rent a hotel due to it being almost 90 in my apartment that of course they won’t reimburse.

Stay Away

Terrible. Numerous AC/Heating issues and the hot water is turned off literally 2-3 times a week. Can’t wait to move out!

Also, the laundry room only has 2-3 washers and dryers functioning at any given time. The rest are always broken.
