Don’t Waste Your Time

This is a run down old roach infested dung hole and the lying management always trying to swindle you out of more money by adding on fees like 3 different trash fees, 2 “service fees” I have seen campsites that look better. The best part is even though the ratings are low for this place, the “Corporate Office” has an even LOWWER rating ???? The “Manager” on site on works whenever she feels like it so good luck ???? worked 1 day in a whole week and it was the first of the month. Let that sink in.

Management never in office maintenance horrible

Cold water only for 3 months after we moved in. This was finally fixed after threatening to go to the city. Management is never in the office. Management is very rude and blame things that break on you. Work orders if they get done at all take weeks. The floors squeak all over the apartment. The thermostat doesn't work...never has. This place is a dump. Pictures on the website are not even close to the real thing, this must be only one show apartment.
