Great Staff and nice apartments

I love living at Contigo the property manager and leasing agent made my move in process great. answered all my questions. Maintenance did a great job getting my apartment ready for move in and they work hard to keep the property clean and nice. I would definitely recommend Contigo Apartments

Fake reviews

Watch out, this complex bribes residents with gift cards to leave good reviews to cover up the bad ones. Lots of hidden fees, mold infested apartments, nothing gets fixed properly, and they will lie about residents to cover up there wrongdoing.

Very nice and clean

I just went to take a tour and the ladies in the office were very nice, the pool area was soo pretty and for it being what I think is an older apartments, it's really nice there.
