This five-bedroom home offers a delightful poolside patio area and a covered hot tub. The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, and a fifth bedroom with two queen beds. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Additional fees apply from the seventh guest onwards, with a $39 fee per guest per night. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

The hot tub is currently out of service. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Only registered guests are allowed, and additional guests may incur extra fees. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. No heated pool is available.
