The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule and a $150 fine if the smoke detector is tampered with. This property does NOT allow pets, with a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 11am. A damage protection fee of $35 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $100 fee for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. If housekeeping discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge.
