Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. A fee of $100 will be charged for unreturned or damaged gate key fobs or unit entry key fobs. Parties, trash, damage, disrespecting the property, or gatherings with extra guests not reported in the initial booking will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag will incur a $25 charge. There are devices to detect smoke and parties; tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. If you do not find enough clean towels/linens upon arrival, please check the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for use. The public pool may be closed for maintenance or cleaning; please verify availability if this is a key amenity for your stay. No refunds will be provided if the pool is closed for seasonality, weather, or cleaning without prior verification.
