A fee of $100 will be charged for unreturned or damaged key fobs or unit entry keys. Parties, trash, damage to the unit, or gatherings with un-reported extra guests will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag will incur a $25 charge. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. If clean towels/linens are not immediately visible upon arrival, please check the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The public pool may be closed for regular maintenance; please verify availability if it is a key amenity for your stay. No refunds will be provided for pool closures due to seasonality, weather, or cleanings if not verified beforehand.
