Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved. Late checkouts must be approved; staying past the 11:00 AM check-out time without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine. Please be aware that apartment complexes may experience noise from neighbors or odors from cooking/smoking, and bugs can be present due to the climate; regular exterminations are performed, but no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may experience delays. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. There is a $100 fee for unreturned or damaged key fobs or unit entry keys. Parties, trash, damage, disrespecting the property, or gatherings with un-reported extra guests are prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag is a $25 charge. Smoke/noise detectors are in place; tampering with them will result in a $150 fine. If clean towels/linens are not visible upon arrival, please check the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The public pool may be closed for regular maintenance; please verify availability if it is an amenity you plan to use, as no refunds will be provided for pool closures.
