Covington Creek Apartment

I've lived here for almost 2 years now. My upstairs neighbors are so loud they wake my baby up from her nap every single day. I've told the office and they said there's nothing they can do other than a "noise complaint" which has no repercussions. The same neighbors purposefully hit my car with their car door while parked under the paid covered parking and the office says that's "not their problem." Maintenance requests take 2 weeks to be finished and when they're done, they're done as cheaply… and poorly as possible. We're without hot water or any water about once every month. Before I moved in I ask did they have a roach problem here because I did not want to go through the same thing as someone I knew. They had to move in then move all their stuff out to bomb the place. The lady in the office assure me they didn’t have that problem here! After moving in roaches start to come out! I put in a request for pest control to come out but they never did. When I went in the office to say they never did they man ask me how many do I see? In my head I’m thinking it doesn’t… matter because y’all assure that y’all didn’t have a problem. had everybody take everything out of the cabinets and off the counter which was so inconvenient and it seem as if the problem has gotten worst! I see baby roaches all the time and big about 4 to 5 big ones every other day! Yes the apartment do things in the apartment far as activities but beware they will lie to you to get you in! the other review on here is obviously written by staff. This place is horrible. There has been an issue with bugs ever since we moved in. Regardless of how many times we put in pest control requests, it does not get taken care of. sometimes, they don't even come by to spray when we ask, and will swear they did (I've stayed home from work to see if they were coming by.) The maintenance crew are incompetent, nothing gets fixed correctly. We had water coming through the floors of the bathroom twice… now causing mold under the carpet and attracting more bugs and it's still not fixed. Read More

I would give less than a star if possible. Also the Staff is never there and they are heartless.
