Foxborough Apartments

I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. Only lived here for a month a MONTH and every single day I come home from work something is broken or falling apart. When we first moved in DAY 1 hella roaches, every cabinet broken and caved in and dishwasher doesn’t work, broken towel rack, no lent cover for dryer. Dishwasher was replaced which took a couple weeks to do. Now it’s April and raining everyday come to find out they painted over ROTTED WOOD on the windows so we come home to puddles... in our living room. They state it’s a play it by ear situation after having contractors only fix the drain outside. The contractors state they didn’t even know the inside of our apartment was damaged they were only aware of the outside needing fixed yet the office ladies are stating they have told the contractors so clearly someone is lying. I sound like a broken record because EVERYDAY seriously no joke without fail everyday I’ve had to call them for the same stuff just for them to basically have no clue half the time. The communication is non existent with these people. Today 5/5 was the breaking point when my man tried to shower before work and the panel on the ceiling was falling. It’s part of the offices job to do THOROUGH walk throughs of apartments before putting up for sale. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was looked over before we moved in. And the excuse? “Well the previous tenants didn’t tell us about these broken things” NOT THEIR JOB it is the offices job to look through an apartment BEFORE putting it up for sale to insure it is livable and clean. We pay rent to live in a shitbox and it’s disheartening that the bare minimum and cheap fixes are the only solution. I do not recommend living here at all unless you wanna come to an apartment you can’t call home because it’s so disgusting and broken while no one does anything but repeat themselves. Apartments are quiet staff is friendly Jessica very helpful

The apartments are very quiet, the property is well maintained, the staff is very friendly, and the maintenance team is very quick to respond to my requests! They also do nice resident events for us. I highly recommend living here as it is a very centralized location, and you are close to everything.

I wish that I would of researched before moving in, the staff is amazing but they take forever to come in and fix anything. I’m currently living here and cannot wait to move out! They are roach infested and no matter how clean I keep my apartment they still come out the cracks in the ceiling. I put in a work order for mold over a month ago and they still haven’t came out to fix the issue and I have my 2 month old baby in the room. This is my third renewal on this property I want to thank the staff are being more like family with the communication regarding situations like COVID-19 rent issues maintenance follow ups even birthdays The maintenance team is always riding around the community which allows me too feel more comfortable in my home
