They are the worst apartments. They charge an exaggerated $300 a month for water. They also offer you a rent and then they start charging you a ton of extras. The properties are in terrible condition.

There is a huge spider problem. In every place I've ever lived before I have never had spiders. Its gotten so bad that everywhere I look there's a web. One of the first things I saw when I moved in was a roach. I put that on my whole family and my life. When I saw the card on the door that said the apartment had been cleared for roaches (the card was dated the day before I moved in too) that's when I knew THERE ARE ROACHES. Not were, ARE. I saw a couple dead ones but multiple alive ones which... meant an infestation. The spider problem is insane.For the most part, they're just the skinny spiders, but I have seen one big hairy ones. None of the windows or doors in my house are properly sealed. This means tons of bugs come through as they please. I've seen TWO GECKOS in my house. How would you feel if you woke up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and a gecko running across your floor? And they're fast. So fast.
The panel above my shower leaks whenever my upstairs neighbor takes a shower. Imagine paying 1k-2k in rent just for a strangers bathwater to drip on you at 8 in the morning.
Whenever it rains the window in my room leaks. The storms in Irving get very serious, So there's around a full water bottle's worth of water pouring in from my CLOSED WINDOW. Cause nothing is sealed properly.
My patio door has a gaping hole in the bottom because NOTHING IS SEALED PROPERLY. This is where the geckos, and weevils, and waterbugs (at least one per month), flies (they'll camp outside of your door and squeeze in), wasps, everything you can imagine. It's a literal zoo.
The water problem is as bad as everybody says it is. Sometimes they'll turn your water off for hours at a time, sometimes only 1 hour if you're lucky. Longest I've went was 2 days. Other times they'll turn off the hot water. Who wants to take a cold shower in the middle of February?
Management is ignorant and lazy.
0/10 apartment, paying thousands to live in a colorful version for the projects.
