Roaches and water leak

Since moving in, I've had to deal with a BAD roach infestation that has made living here uncomfortable and unpleasant. To add to the issues, there's also a constant water leak coming from the AC vent. These are not small problems they’ve impacted my quality of life. I will be leaving reviews wherever I can to warn others about the poor living conditions here. If you're considering moving into this complex, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The lack of attention to basic maintenance and... tenant satisfaction is concerning, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have! Hope this helps!

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Leasing office don’t care about there tenants really don’t try to work with you! If you have nosy neighbors they ignore it and tell you to wait til after 10 pm they can’t help you during the day it’s roach & ant infestation been here for 2 years can’t wait to leave.

I DONT recommend this place, my lease is over in a month and I can’t wait to get out of here, ever since I moved in here there’s been 2 rats living in my walls (still in my walls) , the managers new about it and all they did was patch the wholes the rats made. Bathroom always gets clogged for no reason, always shutting off the water last minute, I can hear my upstarts neighbors walking and it sounds like they’re stomping as they walk, this place needs a lot of remodeling. just don’t waist your... money here! Go somewhere else

Roaches

2 minutes ago
I've been there a few times because my boyfriend lives there. There seems to be roaches everywhere even though he keeps it clean. Plus the walls are so thin you can always hear when people walk by. He's unhappy and so am I

Roaches

Roaches roaches roaches,plus there's no parking so you'll walk alot. The pipes are always busted so not only will you walk but you'll walk in puddles and through the mud. Just terrible
