Disgusting

Do not rent from these Newport Apartments. The units are disgusting and nothing like the pictures. This place is literally hell on earth and those are the complex managers words about our experience not even my own. We moved in 4 days ago and could not begin to describe how bad this place is. Employees will lie to your face and over the phone about what is included in units and the community. Only an act of god could right this disgusting situation and apartment we’ve been put in. If you are… going to move in with them be sure to see the exact unit you will be renting otherwise they will lie to you. Stay away.

Newport Apartments a safe place to raise a family

I have been a resident at the Newport Apartments in Irving TX for seven years with absolutely no complaints. I have seen Management come and go during my time at Newport , but the current administration (Ms. Nicole ) is wonderful .I can honestly say that it is a safe community and the police present isn't needed. They say there's no place like home so come on for a visit and I promise Newport will be your next home.

NASTY ROACH INFESTED PLACE

I have had consistent problems with roaches And the front staff are aware and Fail to do anything about it! The manager is rude!!

I actually live here the place is infested with roaches and it's gotten to the point where I asked management to spray 5 times and they are still here.

I really like my apartment because 1, I'm on the first floor, 2, when anything need fixed, they will fix it asap, 3, the office staff is very nice.
