Maintenance Repair

James came in and got it done, fixed the water filter and both of our bathroom sinks within hours of us putting in the request, and within minutes of walking in the door.

Best Apartment Experience

After 3 years at Westloop, it’s honestly bittersweet to say goodbye. We’ve had two of our children while living here, so this apartment will always hold a very special place in our family’s story.

Living in the amenities building has been more pros than cons, and we’ve truly enjoyed our experience. The agents and property managers have always been wonderful, kind, and helpful. The maintenance team is also fantastic and incredibly responsive.

A special shoutout to James! Since I sometimes work… remotely, I really appreciate how considerate, thorough, and quick he has always been. He takes the time to explain what happened and makes sure everything is taken care of.

We’re so sad to leave, but incredibly grateful for the three years we’ve had here. We would absolutely recommend Westloop to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Best place to live in Irving!

Centrally located to all major highways! Also super close to Las Colinas that provides entertainment. Apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The office team is superior!
