So happy I chose The Huntington @ Kemah.

So happy I chose The Huntington @ Kemah. Location, Location, Location; Well, that applies to The Huntington @ Kemah. Close to shopping, restaurants, only minutes to the Kemah Boardwalk and 40 minutes to Galveston. As I sit in my living room with the window open, I especially enjoy hearing the water feature by the pool area. Very calming and tranquil. Community features are very nice. Especially the pool and clubhouse. I do hear my neighbor upstairs sometimes but, overall, a quite community. The... Trash pick-up by my door is so convenient. There are also easy-to-use trash shoots. Maintenance has been good including a quick turn around on an elevator repair. Working elevators are really appreciated at a 55+ complex. Open parking has never been an issue. I want to thank the Community Manager, Natalie, for being very responsive and was extremely helpful with the move in process. I highly recommend Huntington @ Kemah.

Beware

Property has been open several months. No access to pool and no access to club room, mail room, business center, restrooms after office hours (Sunday, Monday-Saturday 5 pm to 9 am). No full time maintenance person, trash not remove daily. Club room exterior entry locked 24 hours a day. Manager rarely seen and information about status of when property amenities will be available to residents.

Lovely Senior Place

Very nice and unique design for a Senior Place. Clubhouse has many nice amenities to enjoy. Friendly staff.
