Do not recommend
I lived here for over a year and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, especially considering the amount of rent being charged.
Maintenance issues were a constant struggle. My washer was out of service for weeks with little communication, and maintenance requests were sometimes marked complete when the issue had not been resolved. I waited nearly a month for something as simple as a water filter, and air filters that were supposed to be changed regularly were not. Cabinets that had... water damage when I moved in were promised to be replaced but never were.
Amenities were also inconsistent. The pool was repeatedly closed for algae and maintenance issues, even though residents pay for those amenities year-round.
The overall cleanliness of the property was also disappointing. The hallways and elevators were frequently dirty, and many residents failed to pick up after their pets. Pet waste around the property appeared to be an ongoing issue and detracted from the overall living experience.
The office staff was generally polite, but communication and follow-through were lacking. There was a recurring pattern of management making promises or providing timelines that were rarely followed through on. I work in customer service and understand that issues can arise, but accountability, communication, and delivering on commitments are critical. Unfortunately, those qualities were often missing, and I believe the property would benefit from more experienced management and a stronger focus on resident service.
For the price, I expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and responsiveness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
