We are very happy here

Professional management has made a huge difference. The current manager is exemplary. Any maintenance problems are quickly resolved. The apartments are next to the Kroc Center which has a running track and gym. We are definitely staying.

This place is great for now

The best part of living here is Jackie the manager and Steve the maintenance guy.
They make you feel like family and they care about you. They are the only people that ever worked here that made us feel like we are more than just a rent check. If they leave this place will not be the same and everyone will leave to be wherever they go.
Don't move here until you know if Jackie and Steve are here. The past managers were really bad. The past owners were bad too. I heard that the people that did the… inspections to buy the place threatened to fire Jackie and Steve and kick everyone out. Jackie has been taking care of us all letting us know that we will be ok. We won't be w/o her.

Kerrville plaza

Kerrville plaza is a great place to live management is awesome and alwaus on top of everything. Maintenence is always there if a problem arises and I'm so happy to live here its clean and very well kept kerrville plaza is an amazing place to live and great people running the show. So happy to have such great people caring for us residence thanks for all your hard work keep it up :)

A wonderful place to live!

I've lived here at Kerrville Plaza Apartments for two years now. The manager of this property is very professional and always answers in a prompt and courteous manner with any maintenance issue or concern I may have. Our maintenance has always been super helpful and has even answered calls at odd hours. I couldn't be more pleased with how things are ran in our little community! As mentioned before, I've been for here for two years and don't plan on leaving!!!!
