Canopy Apartments

I was recently searching for an apartment for my Grandmother. I went to Canopy and the managers Erica and Santa were amazing! Santa went over all the amenities and gave me a tour of available apartments that were in the complex. The atmosphere and apartments at Canopy were amazing. I feel at ease with my grandmother staying at Canopy and recommend these apartments to anyone in the area.

I moved in and moved out as quick as I could. This listing is VERY misleading. The property is in shambles, NO SERVICE, manager can never be found and if you can find her or her partner, they are sitting in the office busy talking on their phones. They are rude, unprofessional and lack respect. Pool is always dirty, no high speed wireless in sight, laundromat is a toss up to see if a washer or dryer is actually working, NO business center as listed, prices are outrageous for terrible broken... down apartments. The Barcelona apartments were not the first we looked into but as first time renters we were excited when they called us back and made an appointment to look at the apartment we could possibly get. They worked with me on the deposit and had very reasonable prices . The complex was perfect for our growing family and the manager made it possible for us to easily transfer to a bigger down stairs apartment when I had my baby . Everyone is very friendly and always willing to lend a hand the grounds... are beautiful and the pool is always kept clean . I wouldn't ask for a better place to live we have had a great experience here and hope to be here a long time . Read More
