Nice apartment and friendly staff. Maintenance staff are also friendly. Rental seem a little high for the local area, but the apartment building is of a higher than average quality so this seems like a fair trade-off. Biggest complaint was there were various maintenance issues that needed solving as soon as I moved in.

My experience at Plantation Park has been amazing. I appreciate all the staff and their ability to provide top tier customer service. Ive never stayed in a community that valued the resident's as much as this community does. They keep us informed on whats going on within the community and updated on things outside of the community.
