The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, along with all the cooking essentials you need. The dining area includes a casual dinner table with bench seating and a formal dinner table for 8+ guests, complete with place settings and dining utensils. The living area features an L-shaped sectional, armchairs, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy vaulted ceilings and a view of the backyard pool. The game room includes table tennis, a foosball table, darts, retro arcade games, a TV, bean bag chairs, and a couch. The backyard offers an outdoor swimming pool with poolside loungers, lawn games, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a furnished patio, all within a fully fenced backyard for your privacy.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest exceeding six.
