I don't recommend living there—it's dirty, and they only have one guy to take care of everything.

happy renter

These apartments have great management, great neighbors, children and pet friendly. The apartments are also very clean and have crews that clean up and make sure grass looks clean. During the week I’ve also seen crews with leaf blowers cleaning up the downstairs balconies which I greatly appreciate. The apartment amenities are beautiful and I am really grateful to live here. I love how management is always speaking with us, and maintenance comes the next day we need them. i would 10000%... reccomend.

Happy renter

I have moved around Laredo a bit, this is the first apartment my family and I have stayed in that has been so perfect. Not only is the place clean and well maintained, whenever I have any issue they come right away and take care of it. I have never seen any bugs in the house which has been a problem in the past.
This is an excellent choice!!
