Hello its Cadence C! I love this complex so much! amazing here. everything is so beautiful. I have so many friends here. and we always have fun playing outside. Darlene is soooo sweet too! truly do love this complex. its probably one of the best and prettiest I have ever lived at.

The only reason why I'm leaving two stars at all is because initially management was great and so was the property. The first problem we had was our cabinets were damaged inside and under them with water damages ,along with some holes. The handles also kept popping off of them because of the terrible glue jobs.The dog park and the property its self was clear of dog droppings because people actually picked up after their dogs which was great.As the months went on and new tenants moved in the… noise pollution went up with people reving their engines or blasting their music from their vehicles which is bad enough when you have dogs but worse when you have a newborn like us. The dog park became disgusting with dog mess everywhere and the same for the rest of property. Seeing people walk their dogs on and off leashes just ignoring their droppings and walking along with their faces glued to their phones. Little dogs also getting out from the dog park by slipping under the gates so becareful.The nail in the coffin for us was our oldest dog getting attacked by a dog from building seven with two different colored eyes that was what seemed like a husky mix that was being walked by a child who could not handle him. The dog dragged the child who kept apologizing as his dog attacked mine. I had just had my daughter and wasn't able to pick my 60lbs dog up to get away or run. I gathered my dog and got as far as possible away but he did so much damage to my dog. I reported it but the numbering on the buildings were off since they had been painted and could only say the general area it happened in. I was laid up for week from the incident because during the scuffle my knee popped and gave out. The dog and owner couldn't be found based on the info I gave and apparently since the dog was on a leash it was A "NO FOUL" and then few days later The same dog of mine was attacked again by a cat that was going ontop of our tire as we were loading in to go out. There are strays that roam the property and people who let their cats out to roam freely but if you don't take pictures to send management there's nothing they can do for you. Take pictures of the unit before you fully move in and after you move out because they will say things were damaged by you or left dirty. A new apartment complex was built across the street from this place. Riverbend replaced the floors and painted the walls (some of them) and charges close to the new place down the street that has stainless steel appliances, granite and total upgrades for just about $100 more. I moved in without cabinet doors, a crappy paint job, galvanized faucet, dirty drawers, holes in the bottom of the cabinets and many more. Let's hope they fix it.
