Free parking is available to guests in the double-car garage or on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use should you wish to refresh your clothing during your stay. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29 per night fee.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed in the home to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
