Honest Review from Current Tenant
Overall, my experience living at Aura Advant has been pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk is friendly and personable, which I appreciate. The woman at the desk was polite, though not as personable. Building maintenance is generally good; however, the halls and stairwells could be cleaned more consistently. While this hasn’t been a major issue, it is noticeable at times.
Guest parking is somewhat limited, as it is only available around the building. Many of these spaces are often occupied... by residents who choose not to use the garage, which can make parking for guests challenging.
Overall, I would rate my experience at Aura Advant a 7 out of 10.
