Lewisville Green

I've lived here almost two years. I'm extremely content and happy here. So many current tenets moved in when Evergreen first opened which I think speaks volumes for the type of place it is. The staff is very efficient and helpful, going the extra miles for us. They maintain the property very well. I can pick and choose what activities I want to participate in or have my own quiet space to enjoy. Very satisfied living here.

My spacious apartment on the third floor is a select location within the Evergreen of Lewisville (TX) senior communities. My unit overlooks the beautiful trees and foliage in the courtyard which boasts a gorgeous fountain and swimming pool. The view and living space here has been a great personal pleasure. The managers and maintenance staff are the most pleasant, personable, and responsive individuals I've ever met. The staff members serve and participate in planned activities for the residents,... many times going beyond the norm to make residents feel loved and cared about.
