maintenance is complete joke staff members are very unprofessional hot water has been turned off multiple times for weeks the parking lots are always full of garbage and glass i do not recommend this place in any way

This complex as shown on multiple websites is NOT reality. Don't believe what they are showing you online. Reality is...NO hot water for over a week, in the entire complex...NO laundry facilities, the pipes have been busted since the big freeze and still aren't fixed...trash all over the property and it's not being picked up...only a few apartments have truly been renovated, ours only got cheap new carpet with OLD FILTHY appliances...old cabinets, broken drawers, non-working or nonexistent smoke... alarms, moldy old single pane, non energy-efficient windows, and on and on and on...
Then there are the rude neighbors with loud car stereos, partying in the parking lots at all hours of the night and day.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from here...I wish I could get out of my lease. Read More

I lived in these apartments back in 2018 so they may be under new management yet i still would not recommend because the area is poverty based, maintenance is horrible i had mold all around my apartment and was told to clean it myself and that i would continue to have that problem because the windows aren't sealed and the building is old which regardless of how old the building is that is a hazard and a paying tenant shouldn't have to worry about that also there's constant loud noise people... hanging out in the parking lot late at night within the first month of me staying there i witness a fight between my neighbors, kids are rarely supervised and will hang out by your door etc and i moved out in the middle of the month ( broke my lease just so i can hurry up and leave ) and almost a year after that i found out im being charged 4,000 for no reason at all by far the absolute worst experience i have dealt with i would never recommend these apartments and i know my comment will be deleted cause i have nothing positive to say Read More

Nice Apartments. Most important the Management is very professional & friendly.

I have lived here for just over a year now and since the new owners took over (about 8 months ago), there has been huge improvements they have really done an amazing job of fixing the property up. The staff does an amazing job of doing the upkeep of the property and its a very nice, quiet place to live. It's close to everything which is really convenient. It took me a little while to find a property that I liked that was affordable and this I found was the best deal in the area.
