**Approval Process for Mid-Term Rentals**

We've designed our approval process to be straightforward while maintaining high-quality standards for our properties... . Our process varies based on lease duration to provide flexibility while ensuring property protection.

*Standard Approval

Applicants who choose standard approval must complete the application and background screening process.

-**Application Fee:** $55 per adult applicant
**Background Check:** Required for all adult applicants
**Security Deposit:** 50% of one month’s rent
**Pet Fee:** $250, if applicable
**Cleaning Fee:** $350
**Rent:** First month’s rent due before move-in; remaining rent paid according to the lease

* Prepaid Approval

Applicants may elect to **waive the standard background check requirement** by paying **100% of the rent for the entire lease term upfront**.

-**Background Check:** Not required
**Application Fee:** Not required
**Rent:** 100% of the lease term paid upfront
**Security Deposit:** 50% of one month’s rent
**Pet Fee:** $250, if applicable
**Cleaning Fee:** $350
**All rent, deposits, and applicable fees must be paid in full before occupancy.**
**Lease:** A fully executed mid-term rental lease is still required before possession is provided.
