Boston Creek

When I moved in here I saw the same old bandaid solutions as every other cheap complex despite having been newly remodeled. They couldn't even spend the money to hire someone to clean the one bathroom they just painted over it. I do construction and remodeling professionally I can see what they've done and why. One of the managers (Vanessa) is always rude and talks down to you. I was in a wreck shortly after moving in and have been late a couple times with rent as a result if not being able to... work full time yet and they have been unwilling to help me in anyway even just once. The neighborhood is trash. The staff is rude. They send out eviction notices if your two days late on rent no matter how long you've lived there, no matter how covid has affected you and no matter if you've never been late or missed any other payment. They are literally the worst to deal with. The actual apartment is falling apart and the floors are so uneven there is no seal around the door so air and dirt and bugs can just come and go as they please. I've never had a worst experience.

I would be told one thing on the phone by the office and then I would show up and be told something completely different when I got there. Every conversation you have with them on the phone make sure you get names and have them make a note of what was said.

I have given this management team the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion. I haven't made a fuss over the numerous occasions that they have been unprofessional but the "general manager" telling me it isn't her job to keep the pool open when they say it will be open, is the last straw. She told me if anyone breaks the rules everyone will have to get out the pool and she will shut it down, because and I quote.... "I'm just not going to deal with that " That is very unprofessional.

I love Boston Creek Apartments! We are in a three bedroom duplex and it is amazing! It is so quiet and a perfect place for our kids to grow up! The office staff is so sweet. Our work orders get fixed very quickly! The courtesy officer lives right around the corner. I feel very safe here!
