Amazing

I have lived here for about a year now, and these apartments are great! Maintenance is always very quick, and management has been very easy to reach. The amenities like the 2 pools and gym are top-notch!

Fantastic!

We moved here in May. We love this community. Superior Management,and maintenance staff. A beautiful community the apartments are really town homes in my opinion. They are so beautiful inside and the amenities are incredible. I highly recommend.

QUIET & CONVENIENT NEIGHBORHOOD

Calais was the perfect place to live while finishing my last year at Tech! The area is convenient to everything, and it is very quiet for the most part. Sunshine was great to deal with any time I had any issues. They offer great amenities for the price & move in/out was super easy.

Very pricey but good community.

The apartments have nice finishes and are pretty new with updated appliances. Space is not what these apartments offer however. The units get the job done but they’re very small. The community is very quiet and the walls are very well insulated in terms of sound. The staff is responsive and professional but man if there isn’t a fee for everything. Moving out was filled with fees and you have to pay to get your carpet cleaned. That’s not to mention that the rent is pretty high for what you get.… If you don’t want to worry about safety or noise and want to live in a bit of luxury, these are a good choice. If you want the most bang for your buck and more space, I would look elsewhere.
