I have stayed here for 2 years, in that time the fire alarms have broken repeatedly, a fire suppression pipe burst flooding the hallway and my kitchen (and almost definitely other kitchens) the clean up was just repainting the hallways so the stains weren’t visible, which they did poorly since you can still see the stains through the paint.

They sell this place on security, every single door coming in from the parking garage has had the lock ripped out of it.

the elevators have broken... repeatedly to the point where they would rather just not fix them. As of writing it has been 130 days since they were working.

The hallways have always been gross (due to tenants who would rather leave the pet waste and other unmentionables) but that somehow got worse because they don't clean them anymore. I understand you got 1 person cleaning the hallways but you’re not the ones living in the filth and garbage. It had been over 100 days since my hallway was swept and all that guy did was put it in a pile near the end of the hallway and leave it. They didn’t even mop up the mud, yes literal mud because if you spill anything on the ground the dirt is thick enough to make mud.

The first summer i was here the AC broke in several apartments simultaneously leaving me without AC for a total of 30 days in July in Texas… they since fixed it but really the whole apartment is falling apart. It’s made cheaply, it’s maintained cheaply, it’s a blight on the community, and the only people who are still here are the ones with contracts they cant break and the new suckers they signed in for a year.

This has shown a consistent and constant state of disrepair, a consistent trend downward as the repairs pile up, and finally the owners won’t even attempt to make it right by reducing rent and/or refunding any. You know when I don’t do my job and pay rent I get fined but when you don’t do your job and break your contract by not taking care of your property as outlined in your contract I don’t get to fine you or have any repercussions sent your way. It’s horrible, if you at any point want to rent this place you better check and see if it changed owners since this review.

The fire alarm will go off for an hour and a half every two weeks, I was awaken on my birthday at 7am, be so for real, they say they will fix it but they never do. On top of this, for how much this apartment is, the amenities are not even that good, gym is really small, not allowed to use the hot tub past 10 pm, the covered parking garage does not cover the fourth floor from bird poop. Also, the rooms on the fourth floor have terrible climate control, one room will be freezing while the other... feels like the Sahari desert. Iam not getting paid to review on this like others don't live here Iam being real with you no need to pay expensive for something low quality. They take all the money from students but can't even provide decent connection I have to use my hotspot just to study sometimes.

First off, the billing is insane. Explain to me how utilities for a 2x2 can jump up to $250 when one person isn't even there most of the time. Management never answers the phone, is never available to talk to, and will never get back to you. There were multiple instances of car break ins, extreme flooding, mold damage, and many nights where the fire alarms went of 2-3 times a night every couple of days.

They change the bills-utilities and they do not explain what it is so expensive, which can be over $200 just on electricity for a room 3x3.
There is dirty poop for the hallway, many parties in the pool, some students leave open the door and you can loss your personal stuffs.
My two bikes were stolen, and my packages from amazon several times were opened. Literally, help desk gave me an empty an broken packages, without any explanation.
