Elm Creek

This place used to be great under the old manager. The new manager is rude, dismissive, and combative. She has actually made me cry before. This place sucks under the current manager.

This was a wonderful apartment to live in. Lived in the two bedroom for two years. Good management and maintenance.

As far as the complex facility, you'll be hard-pressed to find a single-floor complex in Lubbock at value like this. Appliances have all worked with no issues and are replaced before they start to show their age. Being townhomes, my utility bills are manageable even in a one-person floor plan. The complex is quiet and private, thank goodness, even with the wide range of ages living here. Elm Park is a beautiful place to walk and I've never felt unsafe in my apartment. The fitness room is… normally empty when you go in and the pool is well-maintained during the swimming season.

What makes this place so enjoyable to live at, though, is the staff. They have been so wonderful and helpful. They know me by name and are genuinely happy to see me. I've lived here for two years and always felt taken care of. With repairs or maintenance alone, this is the best complex I've ever lived at, which is seven different ones over the course of eight years. Eric (maintenance) is prompt and efficient, leaving notes on what he performed. I've only needed maintenance help about four times I've lived here and one was to retrieve a very sentimental necklace that I had dropped down my sink by accident. I'm very grateful to Marcie, Eric and the Elm Creek team for making it as wonderful as it is.

No place is perfect, but I dread the day I have to move, because I'll be struggling to find a place with such caring people. Read More

The staff at Elm creek are the best and I have lived her 1.5 now and I just renewed my contract for another year! I have had no issues with the apt or staff (Marcie) your the best!
