Red Oaks Apartments

When we moved in there were food stains on the wall, excessive trash and weeds in the backyard, dust everywhere in the apartment, and food stains on the window blinds. Two of the burners on the stove didn’t works and the oven overheated and cooked unevenly. The walls are thin and I constantly heard the neighbors screening and fighting. They didn’t even share a wall with me because the apt was on the edge. I still heard everything.
