The homes at Sagewood Apartments are all electric. Electric service is now de-regulated! Choose your own service provider with ease! Water is allocated and very affordable. The water bill is due to the office with rent each month!

Grassano Properties allows residents to conveniently pay rent, report maintenance issues, upload insurance info...and more! Our resident online portal helps keep your home life streamlined and simple.

We strive to provide our residents with a true sense of "community". We host year-round onsite events and hold monthly contests online as well!
