Everything is close by a united down the street walmart as well a nice pool and close to hardwick elementary and Mackenzie middle school quiet neighborhood and nice staff

This place is actually a hidden gem. It is in such a convenient location and the office and maintenance staff are always helpful! I pay my rent by the 3rd every single month and have only had one maintenance request in the last year, I've been to the office twice because I can do ALL of that online with the community portal with my free internet. I just renewed my lease for another year. When one chooses to live in a complex, they're bound to run into an unruly neighbor, a bug, or a water leak,… life happens. The building was built in the 60's and still holds that era's charm even with it's few faults. The walls and floors are thick and sturdy. All floor plans are surprisingly open. I live in the efficiency building and pay a rate that is spot on for what I need, I've not once had to deal with LpL or Atmos or Suddenlink or the City trash folks. I'm always able to find a parking spot in my general area. I feel safe when talking with my neighbor about the flowers on our porches and welcoming new residents to our building. The whole complex is Roach infested. The management doesn’t care about the residents and are very rude. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially because they just raised the prices.
